Contact-911, Inc. is a sister Company to CIQ, Inc. a 10 year old, IVR services Company located in Clearwater Florida. CIQ, Inc., although not a household name, operates in all 50 United States and has heretofore provided 800 toll free services to the automotive credit marketplace as well as mortgage and a variety of automated call center solutions for corporations. CIQ, Inc. has serviced several thousand corporate clients in support of their advertising campaigns. If you see an auto dealers ad and it has "call for 24 hour credit pre-approval" and an 800 number, or a TV commercial for automotive credit, the probability is that CIQ is the owner of that number and our equipment is handling that call.

CONTACT911™ was conceived during hurricane Andrew, when Homestead Florida became a disaster area wherein families became separated without a way of communicating with each other. At that time, the Company founder, contacted the appropriate officials in Tallahassee, FL and offered the use of its facilities, then located in NYC, free of charge for the purpose of enabling families to message each other by simply entering their phone number. Although it was a back burner project for many years, 9-11 brought it to the forefront and a business model was developed whereby the common man on the street can afford to have an Emergency Communication Plan for their family or group.

Contact-911, Inc. was formed in 2003 and has a Patent Pending on its software and business model.
